My son is my driving force in life and I love him more than anything... he is the best thing in my life and everything that I am doing, I am doing to teach him life's little lessons and trying to make him proud of his father and to become the best role model for my little man.
I have been working at a Country Club in Fishers Indiana since June 2006. I had a great time in school and my externship and I am having a blast putting everything together with all that I have learned. On the job and through everyday experimentation I am trying out new receipes and ideas, and I am trying to come up with a true specialty that I can run with. I am very passionate about cooking and I love seeing that overwhelming smile on a customers face when they are eating something that I have prepared. I still believe that everything in life happens for a reason so I am continuing to hang on and enjoy the ride. While at school I made serveral very good friends and I have met a very wonderful little lady named Christina. She is truly a wonderful friend and partner.... we are both destine for greatness. UPDATE: April 28, 2007, Christina and I were married. Our day was wonderful and I am looking forward to many more fantastic days with you in the future.
